Text and videos will never take the place of dealing schools or in-house training. You need to practice procedures and communication skills in a scripted or live setting.
Roulette is not an easy game to master. It may be an easy game to learn but to master the game, it will take years. When I cross train dealers into roulette, I tell them to learn the first nine bets and payoffs on all rates of return. Invariably they learn keys and shortcuts and memorize picture bets.
With experience they memorise many payoffs and common player betting patterns which in my humble opinion is the real 'key' to dealing the wheel.
I'm going to let an expert roulette trainer explain a proper introduction to this popular game. I'm a dice guy who understands the game, I supervise the game, I cross-train dealers but I am no master of Roulette. We can do some videos with experienced wheel dealers and we will if nobody comes forward.
I wonder who is going to take this section and develop it into something special?
